Every June, we at STL embrace the vibrant colors of Pride Month, in unity with the spirit of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging they represent. This year’s theme, “Reflect, Empower, Unite,” resonates deeply with our core values.
Pride Month is a time to honor and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, recognizing their invaluable contributions that make STL, and the world, a richer place. It’s a call to reflect on the progress we’ve made towards equality, acknowledge the challenges that remain, and look toward a brighter future.
But Pride Month is more than just reflection. It’s about empowerment. We empower ourselves by standing together, uplifting each other, and fostering a work environment where Everyone’s In Everyone Wins! At STL, diversity is our strength, and inclusion is our unwavering commitment. We believe every voice deserves to be heard, every perspective valued, and every individual empowered to thrive.
This month serves as a powerful reminder that building a culture of acceptance and belonging isn’t a one-time event; it’s an ongoing journey. Throughout June, we are hosting a variety of events, workshops, and discussions to celebrate Pride and deepen our collective understanding of LGBTQ+ issues.
