MLT Microduct optical fiber cables are robust solutions for micro duct outside plant installations. They have stranded micro loose tubes and water blocking gel, they ensure durability and reliability. The addition of a thermoplastic dual jacket in certain models enhances resilience and ease of installation. Overall, these cables offer a comprehensive solution for high-performance optical fiber networks, meeting modern connectivity demands.
Standard Micro
STL Micro-LITE Multitube Single Jacket Optical Fibre Cables are typically used in micro duct applications. This cable is a stranded micro loose tube cable with optical fibres placed inside robust buffer tubes stranded around a Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) central strength member. In addition to optical Fibres, the buffer tubes contain water blocking gel to prevent water propagation along the cable.
  • Cost Efficiency and Size Advantage: Their smaller diameter reduces transportation and installation costs.
  • Duct System Versatility:  Suitable for both new installations and upgrades to existing duct systems.
  • Installation Ease and Efficiency:  Typically blown into micro ducts previously installed into large ducts for easy installation
  • Technological Advantages: Utilizes dry water-blocking technology for a gel-free core, enabling quicker end preparation during installation.
  • Safety Compliant: Class Fca rated according to CPR standards ensures adherence to fire safety regulations.

Indoor/Outdoor Micro
Deliver future-proof FTTH connectivity with STL's CPR-compliant single-mode G.657.A1 fiber optic cables. Available in range 12 to 144 fiber counts, these cables offer scalability for diverse FTTH deployments. Superior bendability simplifies installation in space-constrained areas, while long-distance signal transmission ensures reliable performance over extended runs. Built for demanding applications, they support high bandwidths at 1310nm and 1550nm wavelengths.
    • Superior Bendability: G.657.A1 offers superior bending performance compared to G.652.D, making it more flexible for tight routing within buildings and reducing potential signal loss during installation.
    • Long-Distance Signal Transmission:G.657.A1 excels in long-distance signal transmission, maintaining a strong signal even over extended FTTH runs, ideal for connecting homes spread out over larger areas.
    • Future-Proofing for Bandwidth Growth: G.657.A1 accommodates the ever-increasing bandwidth demands of FTTH applications like streaming, 4K video, and online gaming, ensuring your network is prepared for future growth.
    • CPR-Compliant Fire Safety: Meets strict European fire safety standards for indoor use, providing peace of mind and minimizing fire hazards within buildings.
    • Scalable Deployment Options: With various fiber counts (rangiing from 12 to 144) available, you can choose the optimal G.657.A1 cable for your specific FTTH project needs, considering subscriber density and future bandwidth requirements.
Ruggedized Micro
STL MICRO-LITE Multitube with dual Jacket PE and PA Fibere Optic Cables are typically used for outside plant (OSP) applications. Suitable for external underground installations in (micro) ducts by pulling, blowing or floating techniques. This cable comes with loose tubes containing optical fiber & water blocking gel, loose tube is S-Z stranded over FRP, surrounded with water-swellable yarns to prevent water ingress in the cable. A thermoplastic dual jacket of polyethylene & polyamide is extruded over the cable core making the cable termite resistant, robust and installation friendly.
  • Easy Handling and Lightweight Design: Micro loose tube and dual jacket PE & PA construction makes the cable lightweight and easy to handle.
  • Efficient Water-Blocking Technology: Incorporates dry water-blocking technology, ensuring a gel-free core for faster end preparation during installation.
  • Removable UV-Stabilized Jackets: Features easily removable rugged UV stabilized thermoplastic jackets, enhancing durability and facilitating maintenance.
  • Termite Resistance: Designed to resist termite attacks, ensuring longevity and reliability in diverse environmental conditions.
  • Ripcord Accessibility: Includes ripcords for convenient mid-span access, enabling quick and easy cable adjustments and repairs.
