Building hyperscale data centres for one of the largest cloud providers

Here is how we created hyperscale data centres…

Known for its design, installation, and infrastructure builds for hyperscale and colocation data centres, IDS created the hyperscale data centre for one of the largest cloud providers across EMEA spanning 10 countries. IDS were responsible for designing, building, commissioning, and maintenance of their entire facility. We delivered data centres across key locations of the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

  • Achieving modularity and flexibility in hyperscale datacentre space for one of the largest cloud providers across EMEA
  • Solving the challenge of ‘Onboarding’ clients in colocation facilities through design-led consultancy
  • Providing ‘custom-build’ solutions that could meet client’s high expectations, stringent timelines and budgets
  • Adhering to data centre delivery timelines so that the client can ‘go live’ as scheduled

Our ace turnkey solutions facilitated accomplishment of 3MW of IT compute within 3 weeks from starting and our ICT installations with combined Vulcan Global products for hot and cold aisle containment brought down the built time by 40%. This enabled the client to expand their global cloud presence in newer territories at a much faster pace than expected.
We have redefined the rules of high speed data centres builds resulting in the increased productivity and sped up delivery of the colocation data centres for the client.
