Introducing CONCAT — STL’s Spliceless, Plug-and-Play Fiber Build System
As America accelerates toward universal fiber, operators are still fighting the same deployment roadblocks: splicing delays, skilled-labor shortages, rising costs, and pressure to meet demanding expansion timelines.
CONCAT changes the game. It’s STL’s next-generation, 100% plug-and-play distribution architecture—engineered to deliver faster, simpler, and more predictable FTTH builds.
CONCAT delivers a massive, proven efficiency gain by transforming deployment from a highly specialized task into a modular build. Our factory-tested, Zero-Splice Distribution system ensures consistent
Zero Splicing: Factory-terminated MPO–LC for fast, consistent installs. Modular & Open: Add splitters or branches in minutes—no redesigns. Fast, Simple Installs: Plug–snap–extend with everyday technicians.

Building Networks with Responsibility at the Core - The STLer way
|
|
Over the years, STL has taken conscious steps to embed sustainability into every aspect of how we operate. From our Net Zero 2030 commitment to running Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWL) operations across our facilities, our focus has been clear: enabling digital progress while protecting the planet that sustains it.
This commitment was recently validated through a rigorous CRIF sustainability assessment, where STL achieved a CSR A: Excellent rating. More than a certification, this recognition reflects the everyday efforts of our teams—engineers who optimise water usage, operations teams driving circular economy practices, and leaders who consistently choose long-term responsibility over short-term convenience.
