The Indian Chamber of Commerce has conferred us with the prestigious ‘Gold Award 2023’ at the 5th ICC Occupational Health and Safety Conference & Awards. This is due to our unwavering efforts and exceptional dedication to the health and safety of our employees and other stakeholders.

Sustainable Development Foundation, a unit of ‘Ek Kaam Desh Ke Naam’, has honoured us with the prestigious ‘Exceed Award 2023’. During the ’14th Exceed Green Future Award & Conference 2023′ held in Lucknow, we received the ‘Gold Award’ in the Quality Management category under the Telecommunications Sector. We have received this remarkable recognition for our steadfast dedication to excellence, as we continually strive to uphold the highest standards and best practices.

The World Safety Organisation (WSO), India is an international body under the United Nations Economic and Social Council. They conferred us with the prestigious ‘Occupational Health Safety Environment (OHSE) Award 2023’. The remarkable ‘Outstanding Performance Gold 4 Star’ award stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment and exceptional dedication to maintaining international health and safety standards. We have been awarded Gold for our best organizational leadership, safety strategy, social responsibility practices and following the standard PDCA (Planning, Doing, Checking and Acting) cycle. Our teams have strived relentlessly to improve the occupational health, safety and well-being of our people and other stakeholders engaged with us.

STL, recognizes the significance of reliable data for making informed decisions. With the implementation of a robust and scalable Data Lake, STL has transformed into a truly data-driven entity. Our Data Lake has proven instrumental in various aspects, including improved decision-making, efficient KPI tracking, enhanced collaboration, and the ability to identify emerging trends and patterns. These capabilities have significantly strengthened our position in the industry.

The Excellence Awards feature annual programs that recognize the best organizations that have successfully deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that have achieved measurable results. Our “Evolve” Program which trained 80+ young leaders to work on challenging work projects and build next-level capabilities and skills received the Bronze Award in 2023.
