STL’s Behaviour Based Safety culture has earned us three awards. Our EHS Manager, Sunil Singhal, was awarded the Business Leader Award by the BESAFE jury at the 7th Annual National BBS Conference. This award is in recognition of his valuable contribution and dedication towards improving the BBS Culture among our employees and other stakeholders.

Two safety awards were bestowed upon us at the 7th Annual National BBS Conference for the RJio project we executed in Madhya Pradesh and Odisha. These awards are in recognition of our team’s valuable contribution, continued efforts, and dedication towards improving the BBS Culture among our employees and other stakeholders.
In our continuous endeavour to externalise Delivery Excellence, we have been recognized and conferred with the “Effective Delivery Strategy” award at the Digital Transformation summit and awards 2022 conducted by Transformance, Mumbai. We have competed with participants from various industries such as Construction, Consulting, Banking, Insurance and many more. We demonstrated excellence by addressing Scale, Diversification & Sustenance through five key capabilities.
2022 Cabling Innovators Awards program have demonstrated excellence in innovation, along with clear benefits to users. Optotec Compact Optical Ribbon Closure and Celesta Intelligently Bonded Ribbon Optical Fiber Cable has won this as an innovation in the industry
CII DX award has been conferred to us in recognition of the use of innovative, resilient, and sustainable strategies in the journey of the Delivery Excellence Framework to drive growth in new and existing markets. We have competed with over 480 entries across industries such as Automotive, Agriculture, Healthcare, IT, FMCG, Banking, Financial Institutions and many more. We were conferred with the prestigious Gold Award 2022 which serves as a recognition for the efforts put in by our STL-GS India in achieving our goal of improving the health, safety, and wellbeing of our people and other stakeholders engaged with us.

Received the award for Waste Management initatives
Sustainable Development Foundation recognized the contributions of STL in creating and upholding an environment preservation. The Award serves as recognition towards the efforts put in by our team for Environmental Preservation.
We are glad to share that we have received CAB Designation for Product testing and certification according to the MTCTE procedure for OF & OFC essential requirements (ER) and Raw material for Manufacturing of Optical Fibre Cable as per GR. By receiving this we became India’s first TEC certified CAB for testing of optical fibres and cables.
We received the prestigious “Gold Award 2022” for our unwavering commitment to health and safety standards during the execution of ProjectT-Fiber Hyderabad. Grow Care India presented the “Occupational Health & Safety Gold Award 2022” in recognition of our exemplary dedication to the environment, health, and safety practices.
