Optical Fiber Manufacturing Facility-Shendra is qualified in the Gold medallion zone & has been awarded with IMexI Distinguished Prize in Kaizen Hansei Integrated Manufacturing Excellence Initiative (IMexI) 2022.
During the facilitation ceremony, the Kaizen Hansei appreciated & acknowledged initiates of STLโ Optical fiber business. It was received by Plant Head Milind Patil and QHSE Head Ms. Radha Rao.
Our futuristic vision of management exemplified by Backward and Forward integration, competitive advantages in Quality, Cost and Capacity, level of Cleanliness and Upkeep of the shop floor and Machinery was mentioned by the auditors.
Our efforts towards making it a Paperless factory through digitalization, high degree of Automation (traceability system of material- Right from batch of RM to FG) Poka-Yoke, ensuring Accuracy, Consistency and Sustainability by design itself made us stand out in a competition of over 40+ entries & achieve IMexI Distinguished Prize !
