CMMI stands for โCapability Maturity Model Integrationโ, a world-renowned US-based organisation that evaluates various companies for different levels of CMMI Certifications as per their competence in the field of Services, Development & Acquisitions. We started our journey for CMMI Level 5 Certification in April 2022 and completed it within 11 months through concerted efforts. Currently, only 23 companies worldwide and 12 in India are certified at CMMI 2.0 Level 5 Services certified (with SAM). We will become the 13th Indian company to achieve this highest level of certification. This achievement is a testament to our commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence in all areas of our business. We are confident that this milestone will pave the way for new possibilities and allow us to further excel in our industry. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all team members who worked tirelessly to make this achievement possible.
STL’s Behaviour Based Safety culture has earned us three awards. Our EHS Manager, Sunil Singhal, was awarded the Business Leader Award by the BESAFE jury at the 7th Annual National BBS Conference. This award is in recognition of his valuable contribution and dedication towards improving the BBS Culture among our employees and other stakeholders.

Received the award for Waste Management initatives
Sustainable Development Foundation recognized the contributions of STL in creating and upholding an environment preservation. The Award serves as recognition towards the efforts put in by our team for Environmental Preservation.
We are glad to share that we have received CAB Designation for Product testing and certification according to the MTCTE procedure for OF & OFC essential requirements (ER) and Raw material for Manufacturing of Optical Fibre Cable as per GR. By receiving this we became India’s first TEC certified CAB for testing of optical fibres and cables.
