Instituted by International Research Institute for Manufacturing (IRIM) in the year 2013, the National Awards for Manufacturing Competitiveness (NAMC) is a Unique Awards Program which recognizes Non-Conventional Approaches and Tailor-Made Strategies of organizations. The NAMC program recognizes manufacturing organizations that have excelled in their business through implementation of a strong competitive strategy in their operations.

STL bags ‘MSI Partner of the year’ at Cisco India & SAARC Partner Confluence 2023 organised by Cisco. This prestigious award was presented by Daisy Chittilapilly, President, Cisco India & SAARC to our team including Vijayanad Choudhury, Gopal Sharma and Gaurav Barjatiya at Cisco’s Annual Event held on 22nd March 2023. We competed with over 10 other organisations and were recognised for a variety of KPIs, including sales performance, bid participation, certifications, compliance and so on. We have partnered with Cisco on various significant projects across segments. This award is due to the exemplary work put in by SCM, Pre-Sales and Sales teams in managing the partner and its governance. This recognition will help STL position itself as a leading Cisco partner with the capability to deploy and manage the global giant’s products and technologies.
Golden Peacock Awards, instituted by the Institute of Directors (IOD), India in 1991, are now regarded as a benchmark of Corporate Excellence worldwide.
CMMI stands for “Capability Maturity Model Integration”, a world-renowned US-based organisation that evaluates various companies for different levels of CMMI Certifications as per their competence in the field of Services, Development & Acquisitions. We started our journey for CMMI Level 5 Certification in April 2022 and completed it within 11 months through concerted efforts. Currently, only 23 companies worldwide and 12 in India are certified at CMMI 2.0 Level 5 Services certified (with SAM). We will become the 13th Indian company to achieve this highest level of certification. This achievement is a testament to our commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence in all areas of our business. We are confident that this milestone will pave the way for new possibilities and allow us to further excel in our industry. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all team members who worked tirelessly to make this achievement possible.
STL’s Behaviour Based Safety culture has earned us three awards. Our EHS Manager, Sunil Singhal, was awarded the Business Leader Award by the BESAFE jury at the 7th Annual National BBS Conference. This award is in recognition of his valuable contribution and dedication towards improving the BBS Culture among our employees and other stakeholders.
