In line with this, we are pleased to announce that Sumit Mukherjee has joined us as Finance Head (Optical Networking Business) on October18, 2021. He will be based at Mumbai. He will report to Paul Atkinson, CEO (Optical Networking Business), with a functional alignment to Mihir Modi, Group CFO.
Sumit brings strong experience in strategic planning and execution and P&L Management. He has worked for companies like Tata Teleservices Ltd. and Idea Cellular Ltd. His last assignment was with Indus Towers Ltd. where he was working as the Chief Operating Officer (Mumbai Circle). He is a qualified CA and a strategic leader, offering 2 decades of multicultural experience across Operations & Strategic Management.
